Located a few hours from Las Vegas, Los Angeles and Phoenix, the 24-hour emergency service center is a state certified ALS Base hospital. More than 100 affiliated physicians and allied health professionals comprise the medical staff and represent a broad cross-section of specialty areas. Facility Location Lake Havasu is known as a party community town and during World War II was a US Army Air Corps camp. "London Bridge" which was brought over from England and completed in 1971 is now a favorite tourist attraction in Lake Havasu. During Spring Break many university students go there on vacation and MTV has featured Lake Havasu twice as a fun social spot to go to.
