Weekend Rotation: As required by department
Call Duty: As required by department
Certification: BLS, ACLS
Licensure: AZ Respiratory License. Registered Respiratory Therapist (Must have proof of passing the NBRC as a registered respiratory therapist)
Contractual Experience Required: MUST HAVE - 2yr Full Time Experi-ence in position being submitted for. Experience in Position submitted for, must have been within the last twelve months.
Travel Experience: Preferred
