What was once a 102,000 square foot hospital has grown into a 126,000 square-foot acute care facility over the course of the last 7 years. The 52-bed hospital boasts the only inpatient pediatric unit in the region and offers a full suite of medical services to its patients. Committed to offering comprehensive care, the hospital boasts a robust 30 specializations. Facility Location Fort Mohave got its name from a nearby fort that was used during the Mohave War. This small town is a small suburb of Bullhead City. There is an ice cream parlor, a hardware store and pharmacy in Fort Mohave, as well as several restaurants and fast food outlets, although the residents of this small town go to Bullhead City for entertainment and to do most of their shopping and dining.
