Job Title: PT - Home Health (temp)
Unit: Home Health
Unit Description: Must have prior Home Health experience; OASIS-C Experience required; Experience with Cerner Roadnotes a plus. CPR/BLS through AHA; Candidate must have current drivers license, reliable vehicle and auto insurance.
