We work closely with your physician or surgeon to provide the most effective treatment for your condition. Home Health:Individuals who require periodic skilled healthcare visits and have difficulty leaving home. Special Skills/Experience Required:Physical Therapy· EMR: Allscripts· Standard Shift Mon - Fri. 8am - 5pm· Mileage Reimbursable· Must have min 2 years of recent Home Health experience · Must have PT License
