Hiring a Physical Therapist PT for a Physical Therapy Home Health contract in Virginia. This Physical Therapy contract is for a 13+ weeks, with possibility of extension. Primary service will be the Newport News, VA area. Physical Therapist must have prior HH experience, including SOC OASIS experience for admissions and discharges.
