Description
A Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Phenix City, AL is looking for a Physical Therapist (PT) to start asap for a contract/travel position with a 40 hour/week guarantee! This Physical Therapist (PT) should have Skilled Nursing (SNF) experience, with experience in Casamba and/or Rehab Optima documentation. Productivity expectation for this assignment is 90% or above. Dress code is scrubs with royal blue top and black bottoms. Physical Therapy (PT) Alabama license and CPR/BLS card are required.
