Description
Physical Therapist (PT) needed for 13 week home health setting in Michigan. Coverage area is from Muskegon south to Grand Haven and then from Muskegon east to Ravenna and on rare occasions up to White Cloud. The counties coverage would be needed are Muskegon northern Ottawa and possibly up to Newaygo county A physical therapist must be able to evaluate a patient's condition and devise a customized physical rehabilitation and treatment plan to enhance strength flexibility range of motion motor control and reduce any pain discomfort and swelling the patient may be experiencing. PT license in the State of Michigan is required. At least three years of experience is preferred for this Physical Therapist as well as home care experience. EMR familiarity with Homecare Homebase is preferred, This Physical Therapist (PT) will work 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday & Preferably able to work one weekend per month. Apply today!
