Description
An OT / Occupational Therapist is needed for a long-term 19 week contract assignment in Chicago, Illinois! The Occupational Therapist / OT will be working in a home health setting and is needed to start right away in 2018! As an SLP / Speech Language Pathologist in this position, you must hold an active Illinois state license as well as current CPR/BLS certifications.
