Description
Director of Rehab / DOR needed for provider of geriatric care. The ideal candidate will be a PTA / Physical Therapist Assistant with management experience or a PTA / Physical Therapist Assistant with strong geriatric background to be considered.
The PTA / Physical Therapist Assistant will be the primary representative of company at the facility, promoting policies and clinical programs to meet the customer's expectations, to attract and retain employees, and to contribute to clinical improvement of patients/residents.
1. Associate of Science degree in area of PTA / Physical Therapist Assistant
2. Current license in state of practice as a PTA / Physical Therapist Assistant
3. Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills
4. Computer proficient
