Description
Director of Rehab / DOR needed for provider of skilled nursing / SNF. The ideal candidate will be a COTA / Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant / Occupational Therapist Assistant with management experience or strong geriatric background to be considered.
The COTA, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant will be the primary representative of company at the facility, promoting policies and clinical programs to meet the customer's expectations, to attract and retain employees, and to contribute to clinical improvement of patients/residents.
1. Associate's degree as COTA, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
2. Current license in state of practice as a COTA, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
3. Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills
4. Computer proficient
