•Full time and PRN

•Our facility is located about 2 hours West of Chicago.
-Full Time (80
•hours, bi-weekly) variable week days and alternating weekends
-PRN (weekends)
-Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
-Licensed by State of Illinois
-Current CPR
Experience*1-3 yearsEducation*IL Physical Therapist License
