•clinics. We provide skilled care for sports injuries, personal injuries, over use syndromes, auto accident trauma, work related injuries, and chronic myofascial pain syndromes.
Requirements:
•high school diploma or equivalent and associates degree from accredited PTA program.
Responsibilities:
•Carries outpatient treatment program as planned and directed by the physical therapist. Responsible for the patient's care and environment throughout treatment. Follows established procedures and observes safety precautions. Keeps accurate documentation of treatment and response. Participates in staff meetings and performance improvement. Responsible for professional growth and acts in accordance with the Code of Ethics of the APTA. Assists with the entering of charges and reconciliation of daily charges.
