24 hour emergency access to our officesRequirements for success in this OTR/OT/Occupational Therapist in this SCHOOL DISTRICT SETTINGMust have graduated from an ACOTE accredited school and have a valid NBCOT certification (National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy).
Ability to assess student needs including IEP evaluations
Effective communication skills to advise, consult and instruct members of the multi-disciplinary team
Active state OTR/OT/Occupational Therapist license or the ability to obtain the required state license
Previous school based experience preferred but not a requirement
Ability to work and build strong relationships with parents, teachers and school administrators
