ER – 6A-6P – June 2,3, 4, 9, 10,16, 23, 24, 25, 30

The Position:
* Full time rotating schedule – approx 16 shifts
* Single coverage
* 6a – 6p & 6p to 6a
* Volume 14K
* EMR Siemens Med Series 4
   * Lab orders – document into MR on computer
   * Discharge – document into MR on computer
   * H&P – document into MR on computer
* Average volume – Days – 14-20 / nights 18-20 patients – 40 total
* Discharge handled by Nurse and physician
* Specialist support: Cardiology, General Surgery, Primary Care, Urology, Neurology, Pediatrics and Orthopedics

* 42 Beds
* 500 deliveries annually
* Nursery
* Services Provided

   * Anesthesia
   * Cardiopulmonary
   * Home Health
   * Hospice Care
   * Coronary Care
   * Laboratory
   * OB/GYN
   * Pediatrics
   * Podiatry
   * Primary Care
   * Radiology
   * Wound Care

Qualifications:
* Graduate of an Accredited Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine Residency
* Board Certified or Board Eligible and within 5 years of residency
* ATLS, ACLS, PALS Certifications Required
* Will look at MD or DO
* License to Practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
