1-(xxxxxxxxxxx* Daily Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM / No Call / No Weekends / Working with 4 other Providers. (MDs and NPs), and Chiropractic, Massage, Dental, Acupuncture, and Behavioral Health. Patients per day: 30-minute patient appointments beginning 8:30 to 11:00 and 1:00 to 4:00. EMR: AthenaNet Not considering new grads at this time. Full benefits - Medical, dental, vision, retirement, life insurance, supplemental disability. CME reimbursement is up to 40 CEU per year with travel - Includes license and DEA. Relocation assistance available.
