-Location: eastern, South Carolina

-Duration: Now-open – on-going for 3-6+ months

-Schedule: 2-4 weeks per month or 3-5 days per week

-Scope: Office only

-Hours: Monday – Friday, 8a-5p

-Group: 4 other nephrologists

-Affiliated hospital: level II trauma center, 461 beds

-Required: Board certified with South Carolina license (at time of submission)
