Hospitalist opening in SW Oklahoma about an hour away from Oklahoma City. Seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join there growing Hospitalist team. They are an independent, non-profit, acute care facility that prides itself on putting the patient first and providing award-winning care. This hospital has 283 licensed beds, employs close to 2,000 people on a full-time or part-time basis, credentials 250 physicians and enjoys the benefit of approximately 100 volunteers. Details:

• 7 on/7 off


• Daytime and nocturnist available, but all Physicians rotate shifts to do some nights


• 12-hour shifts, 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am


• No call


• Open ICU (no intensivist)- vent management


• Hospitalist do respond to codes


• 15-20 patients per day


• 7 Hospitalist during the day shift and 2 during the night shift

Requirements:

• BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with vent management courses


• Active or eligible to apply for Oklahoma license
