Must be willing to fill out provider source insurance credentialing in timely manner
Must have 2 years experience minimum
Graduated from a FP residency program
Must do minor procedures ie suturing, and I&Ds of abscesses
SCHEDULE:
4 day work week - 10 hour shifts
Wednesday is day off
After 3 months Provider will need to work 1 Saturday a month
Clinic will be closed December 23 - Jan 1
TRAVEL, LODGING and MEDICAL MALPRACTICE INSURANCE PAID FOR
