Responsibilities of the RN (Registered Nurse)
•  Utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation and evaluation.
•  Effectively interact with patients, significant others and other health team members while maintaining all standards of professional nursing.
•  Ability to coordinate patient care with other interdisciplinary staff
•  Coordinate and manage new-resident admissions.
•  Coordinate and oversee physician rounds.
•  Initial and on-going systematic patient assessment
•  Timely and accurate documentation
•  The primary purpose of the RN Charge Nurse is to administer and supervise the clinical care being provided. The RN Charge Nurse is responsible for all safety, infection control, and quality of care issues that might arise while on duty.
