The pediatric opportunity in Pennsylvania…
-Location: 2 hours from Pittsburgh, PA
-Duration: January 25- February 4 (future dates TBD)
-Scope: Inpatient rounding, attending deliveries, emergencies
-Patients: IP census 0-4 per day, nursery 0-3 per day, 45 births per month
-Required Procedures: Central lines, attend high risk C-section deliveries, umbilical catheters
Preferred Procedures: circumcisions, chest tubes, and diagnostic taps
-Support: no midlevels, RN/LPN/Lab Tech, Respiratory therapist
-Hospital: Level I nursery
-Required: Board certified or board eligible in Pediatrics. NRP, PALS, BLS. Pennsylvania license
