•  7:00am-3:30pm
•  Both Inpatient & Outpatient
•  Monday – Friday
•  No Call
•  Established practice with existing physician
•  Average # of surgical cases/mo: 250
•  Procedures: OB/GYN, Orthopedic (hip & knee), Ophthalmology, general surgery, c-sections, plastics, ENT and Endoscopy
•  Required to see patients of all ages
•  Must be able to provide anesthesia w/team & independently
•  Required to see patients of all ages
•  BLS, ACLS, PALS/APLS Required
Hospital Info:
•  3 Operating Rooms
•  C-section suite in Labor & Delivery
•  On-site Anesthesiologist and Radiologist
•  24-hour laboratory availability
•  No ICU- Critical Care Hospital
•  Air and Ground Support to immediately transfer patients
•  EMR = EPIC

Position details location 2:
CRNA coverage needed:
ongoing during perm recruitment (Monday – Friday/7:00am – 3:00pm)
Both Inpatient & Outpatient
Call Required (1 night per week & 1 weekend per month)
Not required to remain on site for call
Must be able to provide anesthesia within 20 minutes of a call
MDA supervision
Must be able to work autonomously
Procedures: MAC, General, Regional and Epidurals required
BLS & ACLS Required
