Option 2:
EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT COVERAGE in NORTH CAROLINA
-Location: suburb of Jacksonville, NC
-Duration: July 7th- September 22nd; future dates TBD.
- Shifts: 7:30P-7:30A (ideally looking for 6, 12 hour shifts per month)
-ED: 15 beds, Newly opened fast track
-Hospital Information:81-bed hospital, Level II Trauma ED, Level 1 Nursery, 24-hr Radiology available, EKG: read by ED physicians initially, then Cardiology. 24-hr Surgical Services available, Ortho available 4 days/week. Critical Care via telemedicine. Psychiatry available. 24/7 Hospitalist programs (Med-Peds). Primary stroke center.

-EMR: EPIC

-Required: Board Certified or Board Eligible, NC License, ACLS, ATLS, PALS

- Rates: Negotiable Depending on Proximity, Availability, and Experience.
