-Location: 70 miles from Indianapolis, IN
-Duration: Now-open - on-going
-Clinic hours: Monday – Friday, 8a-5p
-Scope: Outpatient only, ERCP required
-Call: TBD
-Group: 2 other MDs, 2 NPs
-Hospital: Level III trauma level, 345 beds, referral center
-Required: Board certified or board eligible, Indiana license
