Description
The locum tenens Gastroenterology position in Maine…
-Duration: 9/11/2017 – Ongoing until perm provider is hired
-Schedule: 4 days per week, 8a-5p
-Call: 2-3 week night, no weekend
-Patients: 100% adult, 90% of coverage will be outpatient, 10% endoscopy
-Clinic: 15 patients per day (2 days per week)
-Hospital: 10-12 depend on procedures (2 days per week)
-EMR Epic
-Support: 1 MA, 1 office scheduler, 1 PSR
-Scope: GI endoscopy (biopsy, foreign body removal, bleeder, diagnostic), Sigmoldoscopy (flexible, rigid), Colonoscopy (biopsy, excision of polyps)
-Board certified (will consider BE if w/in 5 years of residency), ME (will consider those who need to obtain)
