Practice Information:
•  This will be a growth opportunity of a new Pediatrician / Currently no employed PED within group
•  Hospital recently employed a Urologist and Cardiologist
•  Increasing Reimbursement through Federally-Funded Payers
•  Outpatient position with 5-7 call days a month / Call 1:4 / Additional Paid call available
•  Hospital-Based Clinic / Attached to the Hospital
•  ER 30-Minutes-or-Less Service Pledge / 15 Minute Average / 7,500 ED Visits Annually / Avg. Inpatient Census 3-4 / EMR Athena in Clinic – MedHost for Inpatient
•  Competent ER Docs will Only Call if Needed
•  Patient Education is the Goal / Expect to see 15-25 patients per day
•  42-Bed Acute Care Hospital / Level IV Trauma – Community Trauma Hospital / C-section rate 17% / 220-270 deliveries per year
•  2 OR Suites – Fully Equipped / 3 CRNA’s 24/7 Coverage / In-house X-ray CT etc.
•  MGMA Competitive Salary (50th%+)($240K-$270K) / Full Benefits Package / RVU Incentives / CME Allowance / Relocation Allowance / Loan Repayment Opportunities / Negotiable Sign-On
