Description
•Inpatient Physicians - See Your Patients Daily - Start/Finish When You Want
16-Bed Adult Unit - Average Daily Census: 14
20 Bed-Geriatric Unit - Average Daily Census: 12
Residents/Attendings do the H&P and Handle all Medicine Issues
•Outpatient Physicians can Work 4 10-Hour Days
•Weekday Phone Call: 2 Times a Month (5pm-8am)
Social Workers do ED Psychiatric Evaluations; Call You to Consult
EM Physicians Admit Patients to the Unit (You Don’t Come In)
•Weekend Call 1:4 (Fri 5pm-Mon 8am)
Round on Adult Unit Daily, Geriatric Unit Only on Saturday
Do Admissions until Noon on Sunday
Additional Weekend Call Shifts - $2500
•Generous Salary/Bonus/Benefits Package
Moonlight Adult Unit - $162 per Hour / Geriatric Unit - $175 per Hour
Option to Work with Medical Students/Residents/Lectures for Extra Pay
If You Work on a Holiday, You Get 2 Days of PTO
•Tort Reform State-Medical Panel Reviews all Malpractice Claims, Cap on Damages
