• Option for up to 25% cosmetic – 75% medical/surgical Derm / Cosmetic and Medical Spa opportunity upon meeting metrics
• Each Physician is assigned 3 Clinical Support Staff: 2 CMA’s and LPN
• Outpatient Practice / 33 Primary Care Referral Base / Convenience Consult can be scheduled into Clinic
• Opportunity to have own PA and aesthetician / mentorship available to establish practice
• Flexible – Determine your clinic hours / 8am-5pm M-F / 32 Patient Contact Hours a Week required
• Current Providers within the Group see anywhere between 35-45 patients per day / See as many or as few patients as you like
• Derm Department consists of 12 physicians and 14 mid-level providers with 8 current clinic locations / Quarterly Department meetings / Group actively Volunteers in community
• Office – Recently Remodeled Offices/State-of-the-art equipment / Clinic open to personal touch with retail space available: 6 exam rooms / 2 procedure rooms / Laser Space available
• Track to Shareholder – Professional Partnership w/ 24 month Guarantee / Billings and Collections Model
