-Location: One hour south of Toledo, OH

-Duration: December/January – On-going

-Schedule: Per your availability (4-14 shifts per month)

-Shift: 24 hour (rounding and call)

-EMR: Epic

-Hospital: total beds 45, level IV trauma

-Required: Ohio license, Board certified or board eligible
