Now considering qualified physician for on-going assignment also open permanent hire Flexible Schedule: Work fulltime or part time 2 weeks out of the month to start while in transition

Shift: Monday- Friday (Call is predominately handle by phone as hospitalist admit patients)
Patient: Average 13-15 per day
Scope: Bread and Butter Oncology with collaborative team approach (200 new patients annually)

Team: 2 Radiation Oncologist, pharmacists, and 8 Oncology nurses
Clinic: On-site lab, Coumadin clinic, 11 infusion bays, pharmacy
Hospital: 49-bed community hospital, level IV trauma Collaborative Team Approach to Patient Care/Radiation Oncologist Available

Required: BC, CO license, no background issues (BE if recently trained) Assistance with credentialing provided
