Location 1: June 14-16, July 5, July 25-28
Location 2: June 5-6, July 3-7, July 15, July 18-21, July 25-28, July 31, Aug 1-4, Aug 7-8, Aug 14-18, Aug 22-25
-Shift: 7a-7a
-Scope: General Orthopedics
-Hospital: 156-bed and 190-bed, Not-for-profit acute-care, Level III trauma centers, EMS fleet, Subspecialty support
-Required: Board certified or board eligible, Active Oklahoma license
