• Start Date: June 24, 2019 – Ongoing
• Inpatient
• Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am to 12pm and as needed on weekends/evenings
• Age of Patients: 55+
• EMR – Cerner
• Board Certified
• Active Illinois License
Located in the Suburbs of Chicago!!
