OTOLARYNGOLOGY GRANTS PASS OREGON
We are seeking a BC/BE Otolaryngology Surgeon to join our ENT group in beautiful Grants Pass, Oregon. Join our team of 2 ENT surgeons,2 PA's, and an excellent support staff!
Highlights Include:
- Year 1: Guaranteed base salary of $425,000
- Year 2: The higher of the guaranteed base salary or $/wRVU based compensation plus annual performance incentives of up to 16% of base compensation.
- Year 3: $/wRVU based compensation plus annual performance incentives of up to 16% of base compensation
- $50,000 signing bonus
- $15,000 relocation assistance
- $7,000 annual CME allowance
