•  Hospital: 320+ beds, Level II trauma center
•  Duration: March 13th-20th and April 1st and on-going
•  Schedule: Monday-Monday, 7a-7a, week on week off
•  Call: 24 hour call
o  IP cases and scheduled procedures 7a-5p
o  Emergent cases after 5p
o  Call back 5 %
•  Patient volume: 8-10 procedures per day; 8-10 biopsies per day (3 days a week)
•  Support staff: NP, office MA, PICC nurse, IR team of nurses and radiation techs
•  EMR: Cerner, Epic
•  Mandated job requirements:
o  BC or BE (within 5 years of residency)
o  Active Michigan license
o  Must be able to produce case logs
o  ACLS, BLS/CPR certifications
