Cardiologist to join a well-established 210+ member multi-specialty practice with a 300,000+ patient referral base as the Chief of Cardiology.

Physician leader to serve as Chief / Medical Director of a Health Heart and Vascular Institute.

Reporting directly to the CEO you will lead transformational initiatives to:

•  Meet growth and financial targets
•  Improve patient, provider and staff satisfaction
•  Drive operational efficiency
•  Maintain the highest level of care, clinical expertise and appropriate coverage for all Cardiology services
•  Create a culture of continuous performance improvement
•  Ensure an effective educational environment for students, residents and fellows.
•  700 licensed beds in 1 tertiary-care and 2 acute-care hospitals
•  A strong focus on the development of innovative clinical care models, outreach and quality improvement with collaboration across the entire organization will be expected.
