NEONATALOLOGY PHYSICIAN SOUTHERN OREGON
We are seeking a BC/ BE Neonatologist to join our 7 – physician group practice
. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Neonatologist who will be active in our commitment to clinical excellence and quality improvement.
We are a 378-bed regional referral center serving Southern Oregon and Northern
California.
OPPORTUNITYHIGHLIGHTS:
? Base compensation of $1888 per shift (minimum work requirement is 165 shifts per year)
? Performance incentives up to 16% of base compensation beginning in Year 2
? $50,000 signing bonus
? $15,000 relocation assistance
? $7,000 annual CME allowance
