Bon Secours Health System in Richmond, Virginia is currently seeking BC/BE Psychiatrists interested in moonlighting opportunities and vacation coverage on the inpatient units at Richmond Community and St. Mary’s Hospitals.  Successful candidate will be a team player who is comfortable working with a multidisciplinary team of behavioral health professionals.  Did we mention this position offers a generous salary and all your meals are covered?!

Weekend Coverage Duties:

•         Inpatient rounding on adult psychiatric unit (Saturday and Sunday)
•         Consult/Liaison coverage on medical Floors (Saturday and Sunday)
•         Treat patients with a wide range of psychiatric illnesses including geriatrics and addictions
•         Telephonic call from 6pm to 8am
•         EHR is Epic with psychiatric template notes available
•         TigerConnect available for easy HIPPA compliant texting with other providers
•         Strong support staff including Behavioral Health Techs, Nurses and Social Workers to assist on weekends
•         Hospitalist available for consultation and management of medical problems and medical H&P

•         6pm to 8am
•         Review potential ER admissions with psychiatric ER social worker
•         Cover calls from inpatient unit

•         MD or DO
•         Board Certified/ Board Eligible Psychiatry
•         US Citizen
