Description
The Hospice opportunity in Indiana…
-Location: South Bend, IN
-Duration: Now open – on-going (may consider permanent hire)
>can grant emergency privileges
-Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8a-5p
-No call, no weekend
-Patients: 100% In patient hospice
-Facility: Free standing hospice center
-Support staff: Social workers, RNs, Home health aid
-Required: Board certified or Board Eligible, Indiana license (prefer Fellowship trained in Hospice/Palliative Care, but will consider those with extensive experience)
