- One Saturday a month 8a-12p

- Optional 2 days per week 8am-7:30pm

- Optional 2 Saturdays per month

Responsibilities

- Outpatient, primary care

- Patient volume: 15-18 patient per day

- FP's: option to work with residents

Facility

- Group: 2 FPs, 2 Family RNs, 4 peds, 2 Ped RNs, 3 part-time OBGYNs

- GE Centricity EMR

Required

- Must be: within driving distance of the clinic

- Board certified or board eligible

- Illinois license

Credentialing

- Department in our office

- You get a dedicated team

- Complete assistance provided

- 30 days

Malpractice

- Paid and arranged by our firm
