* 18 weeks, ASAP start
* 8 hour days, 40 hours per week
* FNP must have at least 2 years of recent experience
* MT FNP, DEA, DOT Cert, and BLS required
* Primarily clinic with Occ Health 1 day every other week
* Must be comfortable seeing patients toddler through geriatric
