Description
A large health network in Vermont is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join its in-house provider team to work in their Skilled Nursing Facility to provide quality patient and resident care in their memory care, post-acute and long-term care units. Must have previous experience in long-term care, geriatrics, and/or hospice care. Wound Care management experience a big plus. The schedule is part-time day shifts working 20 hrs/week with some shared call coverage, to include Saturday shifts. You will be eligible for select benefits. Job ID# 616
