Description
- Location: Near San Francisco, CA (27 miles)
-Duration: April 2020 – Ongoing, possibility for extension and/or locum to permanent
-Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8a-5p
> may consider 3-5 days per week
-Scope: 100% Outpatient PCP, age range per comfort level
- No call
- Group: 2 PCPs
- University affiliated clinic
- EMR: Epic
-Requirement: Board certified, Active CA license, CA DEA, Clean NPDB*Assistance with credentialing provided – EXPEDITED PRIVELEGING **
