Join a private group of 12 physicians and 8 NP's.

Details

   Will be assigned to 3 SNF centers.
   Monday - Friday to see ~20 patients daily.
   NP support to take phone calls daily Monday-Friday.
   Full EMR practice in place with transcription/dictation service.
   One weekend a month on call only to round in SNF on Sat and Sunday. (you make up your own hours to come and go as you like to only to see 13 to 15 pts each day in the weekend).
   No phone calls on weekends - Phone calls to be taken only when the NP is off or on vacation during week day.
   No week nite calls Monday-Friday - NP will take all phone calls.
   Fully EMR and practice uses EcW EMR.
   Practice also has transcription services, who will transcribe notes for the provider in the EMR, so the provider has to only dictate free style.

Adding: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine or Geriatric Fellowship trained physicians

Offer:

   Employed position
   Base salary $230-235k base salary IG (goes up each year 4K)
        - Additional Quality bonus up to $15-20k annually for completing EMR quality incentives. Group has a transcription service that updates the EMR automatically so there is very little extra work to get the bonus.
        - Productivity bonus based upon RVU unit paid if see's more than 20 pts daily.
