Dates: Starting July 19, 2020 Sunday – Thursday 7am – 7:30pm for 4 weeks (May extend for 4 more weeks)
Denver, Co
Working on Covid Unit so Hazard pay rate would be used : Pay Rate $42/HR
Paid weekly (1099)
Pay: $28.00/HR – Hazard Pay Rate 1.5 times standard = $42.00/HR
