NEW LISTING for Dallas, TX. Looking for staff Psychiatrist to provide services for Homeless and Housing Services. The position offers the rewarding opportunity to work with patients suffering homelessness and severe and chronic mental illness. The psychiatrist will be the leader of one small mobile team. The team consists of a qualified mental health professional and a business support staff member. Outreach services are provided at seven different locations; however the team never goes to more than three different locations per day. Four of the locations are shelters , two are residential drug rehab centers, and one is in an outpatient clinic. The team has access to numerous community resources, as well as access to the full range of clinical services provided in a traditional psychiatric clinic.
