Successful candidates must have an MD, be ABNS board eligible/certified in neurosurgery; have experience and excellence in general neurosurgery and neurovascular surgery with a specific dedicated interest in the comprehensive management of neurovascular disease, including micro-neurosurgical and endovascular techniques; and have completed fellowship training in neurovascular disease (specifically CAST-accredited endovascular fellowship training is required). Candidate must have or be eligible for a California medical license.

Additionally, candidates should have clinical, translational and/or basic science research experience, as well as outstanding references. An expectation for this faculty position includes development of novel research interests in the field of cerebrovascular disease and independent funding consistent with top-tier academic programs. Compensation and academic rank will be commensurate with experience.
