Description
Locums, Inc. is seeking Dentists able to service a Government client full time in Provo, Utah. A valid Utah state license is required. Locums, Inc. will take care of Malpractice insurance and compensations.
About the Opportunity:
- Period of Performance is approx. 6/1/20 to 5/31/25; 5-year contract position
- 40 Hour work-week, 10 hours day Monday-Thursday
- Hourly rate increases each year
- Working with mentally ill patients
- Dental hygienist staff available if needed
- Clinical supervision of dental hygienist(s)
Requirements:
- Active and unrestricted Utah state Dental License
- Completion of Dental Residency Program
- Active and unrestricted DEA
- Active CPR certification (or acquisition within 60 days of onboarding)
- Current vaccinations and immunizations
Skills
5 Years of experience in:
- Conducting Dental Exams
- Diagnostic testing, treatment, and preventative services in dentistry
- Post-doctorate work with the mentally ill, including geriatric, forensic, adult, pediatric, and disabled patients
