VISTA's Permanent Placement Division is representing a financially sound practice seeking a BE/BC Emergency Medicine physician in northern California. Highlights of this full-time position include:
Practice Highlights:
* Join a private, not-for-profit corporation
* 12-hour shifts, 7:00 am 7:00 pm / 7:00 pm 7:00 am, 12-shifts per month
* Approximately 80-90 patients per 24-day with a 50/50 split between physician and allied health professional.
* Level III trauma designation with plans for Level II designation with completion of new patient tower in 2022
* Emergency services is staffed by one physician, one allied health professional, medical scribe, and ancillary staff with 24-hour laboratory, imaging, and pharmacy services
* Utilize the five-tier triage system with the majority of patients triaged at Level 3
* Looking to add to the hospital-based emergency services group
* Medical staff currently consists of more than 130 physicians providing the highest quality of medical care in a friendly and compassionate environment
* 153-bed acute care facility that specializes in a broad range of services
