Description
Inpatient Wound Care NP/PA need in New Jersey.
- Start Date: ASAP
- MUST HAVE ACTIVE WOUND CARE CERTIFICATION AND DEA IN HOME STATE
- Length of Need: planned as 4 weeks
- Schedule: M-F, 8am-4pm
- Visit all patients with a wound care consults. Any patient with a stage 2 or greater wound is to have a wound care consult per hospital policy. Wound care consults include non-pressure injury wounds as well.
- Census: 5-10 patients/day
- Documentation Sytem: Soarian (please ask candidate if they have experience with this system)
- Will need to know how to document in P-Doc for Soarian
- Special Procedures/Unit Details: Orders and treatment for all stage 2 and higher Pressure Injury, IF possible, Trach Suture Removal
- Certification Preferred: WCC, WOCN-AP, WCS **PLEASE NOTE: CANDIDATES MUST HAVE TAKEN WOUND CARE EXAM AS AN APP, NOT AN RN**
