Must be BC or BE in OB/GYN
AZ license is required but we have time to license!

June 24(7am)-28(7am)
July 23(7am)-26(7am)
August 13(7am)-16(7am)
Sept 3(7am)-6(7am)

Dec 30(7am)-Jan 3(7am)
Jan 27(7am)-31(7am)
# of deliveries per year: 0-1
average # of callbacks per shift: 0-2
“OB locums are also expected to “cover” for Stephanie (Cottonwood Nurse Mid-Wife) if there is a need..
This doesn’t happen often.. but every once in a while, Stephanie will be gone for a day or so.. even a few hours for a lunch break etc, and our locums may need to take a call etc.
Dr. Mills questioned this when she was here last.. but she (and the others) will need to cover for Stephanie..

Rate: $1500-1800 24 hour call, $225-275 for each hour called in +travel. Orientation rate : $215hr
